Adjacent plot owner demanding portion of my land
24-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I bought a plot and now this plot is on my name and mution is completed but my adjacent plot owner is demanding that some portion of my plot is his. But the problem is that his deed is saying that this portion is his and my deed and blueprint is saying this portion is my. My plot's previous owner is saying that there is no dispute on this plot. And lastly a boundary is built by us on his portion. Now we lost is. Can a deed and blueprint be fake? Can we demand this portion?Do I have to change the deed and blueprint if it is proved that this portion is his?How can I prove, thisbis my portion?
