Adjacent land owner grabbing my plot how can I protect my land

I bought a plot of 0.0390 acre from a layer after checking the seller's plot map, blueprint,title deed etc. Now it is registered, mutated and in titled in my name. But now My adjacent plot owner demanding his 3/30 fit is entire in my plot and with surveyer and his title deed he asked my wife to boundary my plot leaving his 3/30 fit and she did it by pressure. Now my plot is different from my purchase blue print and sale deed. Pls advice me how can I get back my 3/30 fit portion. Or is my seller's mutation, blueprint, sell deed fraud? Is adjacent owner is true? Pls advice me what to do?

In the civil court file for temporary injunction against this person and his goons from interfering with your peaceful possession of the land, once this is granted in your favour, take the help of the local police to keep this person from causing trouble to you and your property.
