Addition of Mother Name in E auction Property bought by HUDA

Hello I bought one plot through e auction in Gurugram , i want to add my mother name in Registry so that i can save 1% on stamp duty. Please sugesst if it is possible or as Per HUDA it can be done only after conveyance deed but policy says transfer is possible
3. You can include your Mother’s name in the new sale deed mentioning the ratio or portion of the ownership and get it registered. The stamp duty is typically in the range of 5-12.5% of the market value of the property (varies in different states).As per your state you can get the registry done as per the rules and regulation in the sub-registrar office.
