Action against property dealer for committing fraud
11-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
A piece of land was purchased by us one year back ,the property dealer told us that high tension wires are 2.5 mtr away from your plot and now he measured our plot as the front wall is exactly falls under one wire . what should i do?
hi,
if u found your self to be cheated, then serve a legal notice to the dealer seeking compensation for the loss of land you suffered. or ask him to refund your entire money and take back the land. if you find the transaction would pay you high interest in near future then just wait for getting the rate of the land increased then you can sell the same by excluding the high tension wire area and you will get profit on the money you invested. you can also go in to the litigation by filing a consumer case or a case for committing fraud by the dealer. few other options are also available....
