3 owners of property not traceable how can we transfer to our name

We are the joint owners of a property but it has no premesis now yet bcoz rest 3 owners are not traceable how to transfer the entire property in our name.No partition deed btwn the owners.what to do pls advice. Whats the expense.hindu
You can file a suit for permanent injunction. the court may issue notice against all the defendants. in case the defendants are not present you can seek all the remedies to find them i.e. like publication if still they are not present exparte orders can be passed and then you can get the property in your name.
