1950 Land Manual Documents available but not registered in MP land dep

we have got khata document from king of that area in 1950, and that Land registered on my grandfather's name. but because of some reasons we were not upgraded those document with MP land department that time.
those land records are available in MP land department archive, can we claim those land and get it updated on MP land department online.
Please help me with this.
There are option available to get this documents published. First need to have all certified copies of documents should be available with you and in case of revenue matter you have to approve to the board and put your stand and prayer with facts and grounds. The board may allow intervention or your prayer and can direct for notification under Gazzetier of MAdhtya Pradesh.
