Wife did second marriage what legal action can I take

sir wife got 2nd marriage without informing anything anything, they change all contact numbers and all last 2 months to they are not in contact last week we went his home her father told they dont have any relation with me, and some people is telling they done 2nd marriage to her, sir how could they do without informing me please help me sir

I am assuming you are Hindu therefore you can file a petition in Court under Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of conjugal rights (Right to stay together)” if your wife refuses in Court then your Advocate can question her for the reason, meanwhile try to collect proofs that she is married 2nd time without giving divorce to you, if you have enough evidence then she can be prosecuted Bigamy under IPC.
