Aap court me apply ker dijiye .waha se apko divorce mil jayega .apki shadi ko kitne Sal Ho gaye hai aur aap dono kab se alag reh rahe hai in Sab ki detail ke saath aap lawyer se miliye ,wo Apka Kaam ker denge

If your mother in law is not sending your wife that dosent means you divorce her, you must try to get her back through Court and if she is not interested to live with you then you can divorce her by following the procedure for talaq that be completed in 3 month in front of qazi and two witnesses after you divorce her you can file a suit for declaration in family court for confirming the talaq
