U just go to ur nearest police station n file a complaint there with a hrd prove dt ur wife not willng to lve wth u and she is cntinously apko dhmki de ri h so u shld go there dn heir a gd lwyer also or if u dnt hv money dn go to ur nearst court in legal aid deprtmnt and dy will give a lwyer to fght the suit...
