Sir meri nani ne meri ammi ko apni property ko registerd hiba nama kar diya tha lekin ab meri ammi ki death ho gai hai aur hum 4 bhai hai to kya meri nani hiba nama cancel karwa sakti hai???
Hello, ji karwa sakti he agar wo chahe to kyu ki hona nama oral hota he naki written, lekin jo hona nama ke gawah he wo aapke favor me he? Agar wo favor me he or nani hona nama cancel karti he to aap court me case file kar sakte he.
