What is the best way of separation for a Muslim wife when her husband not wiling for divorce. Husband is leaving separately since the last one year and also not taking any responsibility of his wife.
Well madam if you need divorce you Can file divorce if husband is not willing still you can file divorce you have right to file maintenance for your self as well as for your kids if any if you are working still you r entitled for maintenance you can also follow the procedure as per Muslim law for seperation you can file a petition before sessions court after hearing court will pass a divorce decree in your favour that is called legal seperation during that period you cannot consume marriage means you have to keep distance for futher proceeding you can contact meat my ogfice

You should file case for maintenance under section 125 crpc .and 498 or 12 DV act for qurality as your husband is not behaving properly and lovingly .there is not any love and affection,so it's impossible to live as husband and wife
