Transfer of property in name of widow of a deceased muslim man

I am a muslim woman aged 58 years , My husband has expired 5 years back, He had a shop in his name . He did not do nomination with the society for transfer of shares and ownership in case of his demise , neither he had made a will. I am his widow survived with two sons aged 37 and 31. What will i have to do to transfer the legal title of the property in my name. My both the sons do not have any obajection whatsoever regarding the transfer. Please guide me on what procedure and cost will be involved to transfer the title in my name. The society in which the shop is has asked for court direction

Since your husband died without a Will, so your son can relinquish their share and transfer the same in form of Realase deed which needs to registered before the sub registrar. Regarding the cost and expenses , it depends on state wise Stamp duty rules.  Since your query is silent on the state we suggest consult the local lawyer so that they can advise you further.
