Sale deed in between father and son is possible or not

My uncle made sales deed of agri land from grandfather. Is it permitted according to muslim property law. Now after death of grandfather, uncle claim on remaining agri land. Is it allow in muslim law? What is solution in muslim property law.
If you want to claim your rightful share in the property then you must file a suit for partition. Whether you are entitled to a share and to what extent depends on several factors such as your personal law (religion) and the status of the property. Under muslim law every heir has a fixed share. File the suit with an application for injunction which will prevent anyone from disposing the property and will maintain the status quo. Allow the courts to decide who will get what share in the suit property as per the law applicable to you.
