Hi.. I want to know abt. Whether Court Marriage is allowed in Muslim Law. If allowed then what is the legal Procedure to Perform. Plz tell me abt this Ques...??

In accordance with Muslim personal law, one needs to get nikah performed in presence of witnesses,for the same court marriage isn't considered wrong. But both need to be performed.
