Under the Laws applicable to all the Indians in India every law of the land is equally applicable to all irrespective of his/her cast, creed or religion. The doctrine of equality before law and equal protection of law is available to every Indian citizen under the domain of article 14 of the Indian Constitution. Every citizen of the country is equal in the eye of law and nobody has a right to make any anti religious or anti national imputations or assertions towards the other person. Here in this case calling by an indian to another indian muslim "a Pakistani" is a punishable offence under Indian Penal Code of section 153 A and 153 B and this is a very heinous offence which shattered the concept of fraternity embedded in the preamble of Indian Constitution and further it is a threat to concept of secularism and national integration.
