pronounced talaq given iddah, now demanding for more maintenance

I had sent a letter with a DD for Iddath and wrote with evidence TALAQ through registered post with acknowledgment just 10days before sending letter i filed a complaint in PLC like lokadalat requesting that they are demanding high cost for talaq want my wife to talk with me since my local lawyer had done sofar to save me from 498a being registered by them Since i had sent talaq,.. can i get the divorce from PLC itself, for comprimise they are demanding huge amount which i cant pay nor had i taken a penny of dowry from them no how should i move to make my self safe from every pit of claims
Since have already paid the iddat amount, make sure that you have paid her the mahr amount too. You do not have to budge to the pressure of huge demand of money, if they insist on it, you may record the events and inform the police or lodge a complaint for illegal extortion against them.
since you have already planned to obtain aB for the 498a case, dont make any haste decisions to agree for their heavy demand for settlement.
Come what may, you can challenge all false cases.
