In muslim law marriage is a contract between two parties. When any party to marriage is unhappy he/she can sort out the issues between them with talks. If they fails the issue can be brought to the notice of elders of both families to sort out the issues. It is strange your husband failed to discharge his responsibilities towards you and you are still virgin after a gap of six months married life. It's an harassment.

If you don't get support from your family and other side you can approach concerned police and file harassment case against your husband and inlaws. When you are not willing to continue marital tie you are at Liberty to seek khula divorce from your husband.
