Police refusing to register my complain what can i do now

My wife is got married with out divorce and my 3 children .I was got married 9th years I went to police station for complain and police not accept complain please guide me for this matter.?
First of all it is the important thing that whether you have to cohabit with your wife or you want divorce from her
And another thing is that your wife has been committed an offence that without divorce she had perform second marriage so we can file criminal case against her as well as we have to make an complaint application to the Commissioner of Police.

Good afternoon! If the police is not ready to file a complaint, then you need to file a private complaint in the metropolitan court and the judge will direct the police to file your complaint. Besides that, you can also file for restitution in family court to bring your wife back.
