07-Jun-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
My maternal grandfather had four daughters and one son. He died intestate and some years after his death, his son (my maternal uncle) converted to Hinduism and married a Hindu lady in Arya Samaj. The three children born from this marriage have been raised as Hindus. My uncle died some months ago. We are now seeking a partition of my grandfather's property and would like to know if my uncle's children are entitled to a share in the property.

Question: My grandfather executed a gift deed in my name. The property was mentioned partitioned among four brothers(one being my grandfather) and their mother before 1985 in an unregistered will executed by the mother. My grandfather purchased shares of other three brothers and his mother gave her share to my grandfather. The purchased agreements are as below: 1. Unregistered will (mother) 2. Unregistered stamp paper 3. Agreemnet written and signed on plain paper with Revenue stamp 4. Self 5. Registered document. The property was in our possession since 60 yrs. Can any legal heirs of my grandfather's siblings claim right now...I want to undertake house consturction in the said site now..what is the best way to proceed..
