Muslim couple got married registered now does not want to live togethe

A couple married in the court in 2014 and they have never lived together after that, both of them were with thier families and now the boy does not want to stay married. Girl is blackmailing her using the certificate. They are Muslims

It has been 3 years and you can always take a judicial divorce.
The certificate remains valid only until the said marriage is not dissolved.
Initiate divorce proceedings so that you get what you wish for.

In this case both are husband and wife. In this situation husband should file divorce case against his wife, if he is not want to live with her, without divorce this marriage can not be desolved, without divorce they cannot re marriage.
