Mother in law threw son and me out of house what action can i take now

I belong to Muslim community i got married on 6 Dec 2013 after two months I got pregnant. I was 7 months pregnant when my parents came and took me to their as it is ritual my husband didn't come to me after delivery also he didn't come my baby was 7 months old when I go to his house after 28 days my father in law drank poison and my mother in law threw me and my son out of the house. After 2 or 3 days my husband sent me divorce notice our case is in court now can i get some help
In case where you got a divorce notice, then you can defend your case in the court. You can claim for maintenance for yourself and your child as the child was born out of wedlock.
