I am married 02 months back & need divorce now. She was already married 03 years back as per Hindu religious & it wasn't registered nor she took divorce from him she stayed with him for 01 week & then didn't went back to her ex-husbands home. Our marriage is also not registered till now & done with Muslim religious. When i asked her about divorce she demands for 10lakh . Do i need to pay her something to take Divorce from her? Her ex-marriage was not had any physical relationship but we had. Kindly suggest the best answer. Do i need to registered it & then fill for divorce? Do i need to pay???

In this case you should go for annulment of marriage.
You have to prove her first marriage to be legal then only you can claim annulment.
Registration is not that commodity when marriage ceremonies are performed.
