How to file for muslim divorce

I m Sunni Muslim,married for 8yrs.I m 2nd wife of my husband.he stay in Muscat since our marriage n I stay in India.his 1st wife n 2 children stay wth him.my husband lied 2 me b4 marriage tht his talak procedure is going on with his wife n she stays in India, whereas she was staying wth him in Muscat. Even today they r together n I stay wth my parents.V didn't stay even 2 months together.My husband n his family r staying happily there. I want to go for talak.I need ur precious advice. After our marriage v had taken a flat in Pune, of which I m CO owner but my husband doesn't wish 2 give me tht flat.since 8 months he had stopped sending my monthly expenses, whch he use to send b4. I would be highly grateful to u,please give me legal advice. Thank You.

There are various options available for you. First of all your husband is bound to monetarily support you and hence he has to pay maintenance. Secondly you can approach the court for divorce since the present situation is highly unacceptable. Thirdly if you want and if your husband also agrees then you can opt for Khula.
