How to claim right in Grandparents property as per Muslim Laws?
09-Dec-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
My question is that my father is expired and I am married as v have grandparents property my chacha nd phuphu said that v have no right on the property and they even said that my mom as widow have no right on property .pls answer my question, do we have a right in this property?
if your father died prior to the death of your grand parents then you have no right to claim any share in the property. if your father died after the death of your grand parents then you can claim your father's share which is now devolved upon you, provided your grandparents have not executed any Hiba, will etc., in favour of your uncle and aunt.
