How can I divorce my wife and marry my ex without divorce ?

I am just married two months ago.. under court marriage. and Muslim sharia marriage... presently I am dissatisfied with my wife. now I want to divorce my wife.moreover I want to marry my ex. My wife is not ready to consent to the divorce.I and my ex both are govt employees. can I divorce my wife though she disagrees? can I marry my ex even if I don't get divorce.will our second marriage affect our jobs. is there any provision of law that allows me to divorce my wife even if she refuges...plz help

For the query you posted,I would suggest the following:
Considering you got married under the special marriage act, then unless you give a divorce you cannot marry someone else.
Further if not, then under Islamic law you can but consent will be required from the first wife to solemnize the second marriage.
To begin with, you have to start living away from your wife.
