How can grandson claim share in grandfathers property

my forfather property comes in hands of my grand father and he registered will half of his property to his 1 son( 3 son and 3 daughter of gf) and others are not having any will.my father was elder son of grand fathr he died now.now i am having rights to own property.my grand father can registered wil of fore father proprty is it right..my grand father is also having one brother but he is died unmarried. i want to stop this registred will (2001) as all the valuable property are mention. now uncle is trying to transfer the name as will.i want all my chacha and phupi get equal share with grandson

If your grandfather has acquired the property of your great grandfather then yes he can make a will for that property. You can challenge the will at the time it is executed. You can also file a partition suit and claim for share in the property.
