Girls parents forcing girl to marry someone else what to do now

My age (26yrs old) Girls age (25yrs old) sir I am Muslim boy and I'm in a relationship with a Hindu Bengali girl from last 8yrs we both agreed to marry at our respected age when it's needed my family is supporting me whereas the Girls family member are forcibly trying get her married to another boy but she is against it but she can't do anything she is very weak they are torchering her ...Her parents speak very rudely to me and told me that they will put me in the jail...I really love her she also loves me pls advice us or help me
This is not a legal situation but a personal situation. Both are major hence can choose partners... however u can file a complaint against anyone who has exceeded power n mishandling anyone but here the cooperation of the girl is mandatory.
