False Divorce and false allegation of theft

We are muslim by religion My sister is facing false case of divorce which her husband not given and allegation of theft dat she took 5 lakh rupees and 20 lakhs jewellery case married on 10 dec 2013 and phycally harassed and was tried to kill buy burning but managed to escape and escaped from d house on mid of february. second party and dere lawer is a criminal whom no one want to stand to fight case.till now no process in her case.
What are you waiting for you should have lodged a criminal complaint against your brother in law means against the husband of your sister and his in laws immediately in the concern police station under relevant sections.
