Daughter's Share in Father's Property in Muslim law

10-Sep-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
My Father has two more sisters. My grandparents have passed away without legally distributing their property among their children. There is a property that belonged to my Grandfather whose present value is around Rs 4000000/-(Rupees Forty Lacs). My father and two aunties are the only three legal heirs of this property. Now my father wants to give the share of both sisters to them so that he can become the sole owner of that property. Both of his sisters are ready to take the share in monetary form. Now my question is,What according to Muslim law will be the share of my father's two sisters in this property? Please advise Thank you so much

according to your query if your both grand parents grand father and grandmother passes away without distributing the property among their children then this ratio of property was being their
1. your father - 33 %
2. aunties both- 67%
But if your aunties HIBA (donate) their property to your father it is possible.and then your father become owner of all property.
but first your aunties should take their possession in her property then their after your father take over the whole property through HIBA process entire property.
