can stamp paper be proved as marriage

I have a stamp paper of rs. 10 in which a person declared my khala as his first wife. Can that stamp paper be used as a proof of marriage in case of court marriage?
First of all let me tell you there is no term as court marriage secondly if you want to use it for some purpose then at first you have to show me the document for which you are trying to use the same and thirdly Muslim Marriage is not compulsorily registrable, so I think I can help you for the purpose for which you are seeking to use the document
