Can a muslim person remarry after the divorce has been granted by qazi

I have got married last 12 August 2015 and my wife is not adjest in my home and left me in 45 days and went to her home without any info.
After few days I have call her but she is not redy to come back and her father demanding 5 lakhs .
And after 4 months I have visited to qazi and qazi have done 3 months process but they are not redy to come.and want to sign on divorce by taking 5 lakhs now I am doing second marriage .whether she have rights to put a case on me pls suggest some for me . Thank you
Well take a khula when she is demanding money and you are readt to pay the same. Later all the rights are waived she cant sue you or claim for her right. You should make a strong full and final settlement deed so that you bind her proper and then you can plan what you have in mind.

hello, she has the right to file cases against you according to our indian laws. she can file
1. a case under section 498A of IPC
2. a case under Domestic Violence Act
3. A case for claiming Maintenance
but not for second marriage i.e. under section 494 of IPC.
