I am very sorry to inform that there is no such religious based exemption to any employee either in the CCS or any state government rules. All are equal before law and no one can claim more equality than others just because they belong to one particular community/religion. There is no separate law for employees belonging to different religion.

As per Sharia Law, offering prayer to Lord Alla is one of the 5 basic principles which is to be followed by every Muslim. Exception depends on the persons physical strength, age, nature of work, place etc., In total faith in god is very important.
