What compensation can we claim for family member who died in accident

Sir My family member was died on accident.when he is go to his bike opposite bike ( third-party inured) hits . after 27days hospital treatment is going but he was died.that time he is working permanent employ at private company he is getting RS 21500 salary.hospital expenses was 12 lakhs with bill's.he is unmarried. His depends are father,mother and three married sister's . Now in this case what is the minimum and maximum compensation amount we can claim?
In case of a motor vehicle Accident the Insurance company pays the Compenstion to the victim provided the vehicle had a valid insurance policy on the date of the accident and the driver of the vehicle had a valid driving licence.
