I am truck owner and my truck involved in Accident case.in this second party file MACT case which hearing date in 22.04.2017 in Karkardooma Court Delhi.My truck was insured at the time of Accident but at the time of Accident driver run away from the Spot and police catches the Candactor and shown him Driver and now police has filled his Charge sheet. So now problem is that Candactor did not have Driving License. So in this case what should i do.Pl advice. Now my driver is ready to give his confessions in court that at the time of Accident he was the driver and Police catch this person he was Candactor. So pl advice.
Apply surrender application from driver and apply for his bail as well. At the same time apply for bail of conductor as well both of them will be out on bail. .
