Victim with disability what to do
05-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
Dear Sir, I am a victim met with an accident and have been proved disable by a government hospital and the certificate is furnished in the court. I have 5 dependents on me and its been more than 4 years fighting for my compensation against third party(insurance company). I just wanted to know that how much time does it takes for the judgement and what is the amount of compensation that i will get. All the important and required documents are there in the court. Kindly enlighten me with required and important information for the same. However, i have a very good lawyer who is fighting for the same but just want to know it. I have lost my left year with 46% disability on certificate.
Sir, in general practice MACT cases decides in 3-4 years. I don't know about the status of your case. The compensation is fixed accordingly to your earning capacity, dependency, life enjoyment, disability etc. Your case is pity strong in all sences. You will surely get a good lumsome amount as compensated amount.

As you are stating you are having a very lawyer ,have faith in him as well the judiciary.Justice may be delayed but not denied .Also without knowing the exact stage of your case and seeing the file it would be not justified in guessing the approximate amount of time .

If everything is proper then it took almost one year to enable the court to conclude the trail and to pass the judgment. The amount of compansation depends on your income and percentage of your disability.
