Sir someone trying to get fake insurance claim to me in road accident caused by bike with bicycle man on 08/15 whenever i'm not involve in it directly or indirectly but petitioner has written my bike no. In his petition when i came to know it i moved to that site i found that my bike no. Either used by that person or he write it upon his no. Plate after accident & villagers r also saying that accident caused by that person notby me i have vedio recording of these villagers saying too could this vedio recording make me help in court to proove my innocent or what should i do to proove innocen
