Seeking advise

Sir, last month when i was travelling with my father to my hometown suddenly my father felt uneasiness and handed me over the vehicle and asked me to drive and because of my interest in my driving i overtook but to my worst luck the front tyre of the car got burst and i could not control the car because of which the car fell into the farm which was 4-5 feet deep alongside the road. Due to this tragic accident i lost my father on the spot & i sustained fracture of scapula bone and blunt injury to the thorax because of which i have been advised bed rest for 1 month. Although there were no eye witnesses during the incident the police have registered the case under section IPC 279, 338, 304a after collecting information from the local people. Till now chargesheet has not been filed. And also i don't have my driving license. So kindly advise me how should I deal with this and also will this affect my aspiration for Government job. Now I'm responsible for my family so please help me out.
