If motor vehicle get accident due to driver mistake and passenger got injured then what legal action may be taken against driver.

Yes you can sue the driver . But you need to be clear on few thing because through your mail i am not able to figure out few things so for that feel free to visit my office .

due to mistake or intentionallt unintentionally, the vehicle in an accident and the passengers were got the injuries, all damage upon the driver and owner of the vehicle in MACT case, if the opposite vehicle clashed or in an accident then both paties shall involved. But you don't give the detail regarding other party. If alone the party (driver) then driver,owner and insurance co will also full resonsible for the same.

Basically a car owner is the one in whose name the car has been registered, he may be held liable when he knew that the driver was not fit for the purpose
