Overall Background about case : My friend's father died before 20 years by accident.Case is completed before 10 years.His family member's got the amount approved by court.But still he and his brother did not get the amount after becoming major. My Question: 1) He appears in the court before 2 years as he is promising that he become the major.After that his lawyer said we send to the court.But till today no response. What is procedure to get the amount?How to know the status of the response from the court? 2) What is maximum period of time to get the amount in his hand? 3) What is step need to resolve this problem to get amount within 2 months?

Kindly provide us the orders of the court where you were told to deposit the money in the court. untill and unless we read the orders we cannot tell you how can you be able to get the amount back from the court. there is a procedure to follow for getting the amount from the court.
