Penalty for driving commercial vehicle with four vehicle license

I have a commercial vehicle but not own a commercial licence i have only normal licence for 4 wheeler so what is panelty or challan for driving my cab for taking my family tour in delhi to agra ?? Can anybudy help me with that what happen if i got caught how much fine i have to pay ??
Section 177 of motor vehicle act 1988 states that if a person does not conform to the traffic rules he shall be penalised if the offence has been committed for the first time Rs. 100 and for subsequent offence Rs 300
