My car met with accident with upsrtc bus

Upsrtc bus hit my car when I was on my right way and car get damaged fully. Now I want to demand new car while sui case on upsrtc. I have lost my occupation due to this car accident shall it be relevant and lawfull to file for such compassion If yes then what will be the process and how to draft case and file in tribunal.
U will have to file in motor accident claim petiton the tribunal will decide of amount of compensation. You having to take total damage from approved car garage. The market value of car is calculated at twenty percent depreciation value for each year mines cost of selveage as per servair report.
