Hi, I had an accident while travelling through my office cab,I had neck of femur fracture, was on 8 month bed rest, after accident my knee is not bending more than 90 degree. I am having 35% disability certificate. I got some claim from the health insurance company for which I am paying the premium. I have also filed a case in MACT court for the claim. I want to know am I eligible to get the claim from MACT court as I already got some claim through medical insurance company.
Hi as per you query i woluld like answer you that you are entitled to get claim through mact as per regards to your permanent disability and there is no bar even if you received some claim through your health insurance company at any extent rest of the things will be well discused at the when talk in person
