How can we claim compensation in motor accident

one of my friend died in road accident in rohini sector 8, he was sitting behind the bike , bike was triple load and bike driver had no license there is no insurance of bike, and consuming liqueur, hited to car which is unstressed, a wrong statement given to police by bike driver, can we file case and get companionship either from bike owner or bike driver
In case where the bike had no insurance policy and the driver of the bike was drunk, the victim of the accident can claim compensation from the owner and the driver of the bike jointly. The owner and driver are jointly liable to pay compensation. You can file a petition in MACT and claim for compensation.
