Hit from behind by mistake offered help but refused now case filed

Yesterday i was driving a scooty but accidently its breaks failed and i hit a girl but it didn't injured her. I didn't ran i stayed there and helped that girl and even asked for compensation but she refused and said she is alright. Then i asked her to take her to hospital but she said i will manage. But now she has filed a case against me . What would be my punishment . Would it be fine or prison ?
