Friend died in Accident on my bike after drunk driving

Hi my name is deepak i have a problem. Actually last week we were 4 friends drinking together and after some time on of my friend said he wants to go home and asked for the bike. Another friend of mine had given him the bike . And then we also left that place and started going to our home. Next day we got to know that the guy who took my friend bike had an accident and died. Now police has cought my friend who had given his bike and my friend given all of us name that we all were drinking and i have bought the booze for everyone. Now please let me know what should i do? Is there any legal case can be happen against me? Thank you
