Death after shock can post mortam reports be changed doctor's opinion

30-Jun-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My husband died after 15 days of accident with a car coming in wrong  direction near the blind curve in uphill direction. Postmortem was conducted and nothing concluded in PMR. so MO gave opinion that person may be died due to aspiration but in really nothing happened like this. Preliminary opinion of doctor was that he died due to embolism. Can I challenge this autopsy report?

has a FIR been lodged against the accident by the police or a complaint been filed by you in this matter. You can challenge the autopsy report only if the Postmortem report has been filed along with the police report in the court and on which the matter has been dismissed.
