Court neglience in remiting the claim enhanced in motor vehicle case

I have met with an accident in 1998 and court has awarded less money as claim further it was challenged in high court of karnataka and claim was increased and it was made as fixed deposit in SBM now after attainment of majority i have visited bank to get amount withdraw and i was shocked that excess amount which has enhanced by high court of karnataka has not reached the bank and banker says that i is negligence of court that they have not send excess amount to deposit in bank so they have not added the enhanced amount only the lower amount earlier is awarded the interest what can i do now
As per your query you can file an application for the execution of the court order that was given by the High Court and as for the pending dues that were to be transferred to your name.
