Clarification on selling and transfer of ownership of a car

I sold my car 1.5 years back.I signed the stamp paper mentioning that I have sold the car.But now the person is telling that he is not able to transfer the car on his name.What should i do legally to disassociate myself with the car?

If you have given affidavits than no value of that you should sent a legal notice through any lawyer and say him to transfer and can also get transfer by your self as soon as possible it would be best for you

What reasons that person is unable to transfer the said car? You can make one affidavit from him mentioning that he will be liable for all types of liabilities that may occur out after the sale transaction. You can also submit an application copy of Form No.29, 30 to RTO that you have sold the said car to such n such person and he will now responsible for all kinds of liabilities
that may arise due to any reasons or act done by that person
