Accident with E-rikshaw case filed by girl what to do

17-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My car met with an accident on January. It's other state vehicle. E rickshaw cam on wrong side hit the car in side rear. A girl was inside. She said she was fine.so we drove off. The vehicle is in my brothers name reg in other state. It seems the girl filed complaint and they traced the car to the city registered. But my brother changed home but someone received summon.we didn't know at that time.then the court has issued warrant for vehicle and driver. The police now reached us asking to surrender.there is no mention of erickshaw anywhere and inspector not saying the nature of complaint. What to do Now?

Sir, if the summons or warrants may be sent, the entire story can be understood very easily. So far as the e- rickshaw is concerned, it had nothing to do with you. It so appears that The girl has filed the complaint against the car. Better is to move petition against the complaint filed by the Girl and for quashing of the summons and warrants whatsoever.
