Accident on scooter no driving license case is pending what can I do

Madam, I got accicdent with my scooter on 6 month back,and its case was failed at time of accident no Driving licence of me, now case in court i am getting feel bad,kindly advise me next process
Driving without a license is a punishable offence. The case will go in the motor accident claim tribunal and the judge will decide the case according to the evidence and merits. You will also require to pay compensation to the victim of the accident as your insurance company will not pay the claim as the scooter was driven by person not holding a license.
